Rental agreements
A tenancy exists only after the relevant parties sign a separate rental agreement. That agreement governs the apartment, rent, deposit, term, house rules and the parties' rights and duties.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep the website clear and current, but information may change. Ask us to confirm any point that matters before you make a decision.
Photos
Apartment photos must show actual AMZ Woningbeheer accommodation or be clearly labelled as contextual material. A viewing and the signed rental agreement determine what is included.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to bypass its security, submit unlawful content or use the contact form for unsolicited marketing.
Intellectual property
The website design, logo, text and photographs may not be copied or reused without permission, except where the law allows it.
Liability and law
