Who is responsible?
AMZ Woningbeheer, KVK 42028063, is responsible for the processing described here. We do not publish an office address on this website. Privacy questions can be sent to info@amzwoningbeheer.nl.
Which data do we collect?
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, optional move-in date and message. We also process information you choose to send by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Why do we use it?
We use your details only to understand and answer your enquiry, discuss a possible apartment and take steps before a possible rental agreement. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and preventing abuse.
How long do we keep it?
If no rental agreement follows, we keep enquiry data for no longer than six months after the last contact. If an agreement follows or the law requires longer retention, the relevant legal or contractual period applies.
Service providers
The website, form and domain mailbox are hosted by FastComet. A forwarded copy of email may be processed by Google. These providers act only to deliver hosting or email services. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for advertising.
International transfers
The website form is hosted on the FastComet account in Europe. Google may process email data outside the European Economic Area under its applicable transfer safeguards. You may contact us by phone or the website form if you prefer not to use direct email.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability where the GDPR provides those rights. Email info@amzwoningbeheer.nl. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity.
Complaints and security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect enquiries. If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
